The apartment has an interesting structure, you enter the sitting/dining room from a corridor and the kitchen gives off this room. Then four marble steps lead to a landing where the master bedroom (double bed)is on one side and the main bathroom on the other, up another four steps is the second open-plan bedroom (two singles) and the door to the terrace.
There is air-conditioning, cd player, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher,fridge and freezer. It is in short walking distance of all the major monuments: ten minutes to Piazza Duomo, twenty to Ponte Vecchio, twenty to the Boboli Gardens. It is also very conveniently situated for the bus and train station - a ten minute walk, therefore good for day trips to other towns.
On request, we can book tickets for the Accademia and the Uffizi for you. Also if you like music, it is worth checking the concerts of the maggiomusicale and booking before you arrive.
The cost of the apartment is 750 euros a week, all included, thast is electricity, water, gas and final clean. For longer stays the price goes down per week.
